EMF FIELD DETECTOR
Reads your device's magnetometer where one exists — most phones, almost no desktops. Everywhere else it runs a simulated field and says so on the display. It does not detect anything paranormal.

Reads your device magnetometer through the Generic Sensor API, falling back to orientation data where that is all the browser exposes. Readings appear in milligauss and microtesla on a five-band scale with a moving-coil needle, latching LEDs, peak hold and a zero function that learns the ambient field.
Most desktop browsers expose no magnetometer at all. When that is the case the meter says so and runs a clearly labelled simulation rather than presenting invented numbers. A raised reading means the magnetic field near your device changed - it does not identify what changed it.
This is an instrument and a sound tool, provided for entertainment and experiment. It describes what it measures and does not identify the cause of anything it shows.
